Tonya Reiman
Born in 1969, former hypnotist Tonya Reiman has written about body language and lying signals for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Cosmopolitan. Her books include “The Power of Body Language,” “The Yes Factor,” and “The Body Language of Dating.” However, her claim to fame goes well beyond just her writing.
Reiman regularly discusses the nonverbal communication of politicians and celebrities on the Fox News Channel and shows such as “Access Hollywood” and “Today.” She works as a motivational speaker and teaches personal improvement strategies through Body Language University. Before her work became a more public affair, Reiman ran a private practice called No Boundaries Hypnosis.
She holds a two-year degree from Pace University and is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists. This author’s resume also features a short-lived career as an analyst in the financial industry before transitioning to the role of consultant. She lives with her family on Long Island.
